On 27 March 2025, the Company entered into the Sixth Renewal Agreement with the Borrower pursuant to which the Lender agreed to renew the existing Revolving Loan Facility in the amount of HK$21 million at the same interest rate of 12% per annum during the availability period from 1 April 2025 to 31 December 2027.
