Mr. Chan Yick Yan AndrossCHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERMr. Chan Yick Yan Andross is the Chief Executive Officer and an executive director of the Group since 2013. He has over 34 years of experience in operation and management. Mr. Andross first joined the Group in January 1991 as managing director. Mr. John DeMaioPresidentMr. John DeMaio is the President of the graphene division of Graphex Group Limited and the CEO of Graphex Technologies LLC, with over 35 years of experience in executive leadership and operational management in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He is responsible for the expansion of the graphite business into the U.S. and Europe Mr. John DeMaio’s previous positions include President, CEO, and Board Member of JouleSmart Solutions, General Manager of Siemens Smart Infrastructure, Vice President of MWH Global, COO of Thompson Solar Technologies, and Division General Manager of SPG Solar. He holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University. Mr. Dan NyeChief Strategy OfficerDan Nye, CFA started his career as a US Naval Officer on the fast attack submarine USS Springfield (SSN 761). Post-service he led manufacturing operations for semiconductor robotics company Asyst Technologies, growing revenues from $80 to $300 million. Post-MBA, Dan worked at Bain & Company as a strategy consultant, focused on energy/industrials. He later joined CIM Investment Management as a fund manager, overseeing $1 billion of long only and long/short mandates. His long/short thematic technology fund was ranked top quartile by Prequin. He holds a BSc Engineering from Boston University, a MSc equivalent in Nuclear Engineering from US Navy Nuclear Power School and a MBA (Distinction) from Harvard Business School. Prof. Luo LiqunHead of ResearchProf. Luo Liqun is Head of Research of our Group for graphene technology. Prof. Luo obtained his doctoral degree in Engineering, Mineral Processing, from Wuhan University of Technology in 2003, and is currently Professor and Senior Engineer at Wuhan University of Technology. An expert in mineral processing, he is a visiting scholar to the University of Queensland, Australia.
